Returns

Given the nature of our products being perishable, refunds and returns will not be accepted or initiated unless you have received damaged or wrong product . We request you to send us a photographic evidence within 24 hours on receiving wrong/damaged products.

Upon review, we will arrange for reverse pick up at an agreed upon time. After necessary quality checks we will initiate refund. All refunds are processed with 7 working days. You can reach us on consciousbakingproject@gmail.com

Payment Policy

Your credit card details will not be shared by us with any third parties unless for any law compliances, regulations, or fraud verifications. In case of credit card or debit card fraud, Conscious Baking Project will not be liable and you will be responsible for proving otherwise.

For any fraudulent or declined transactions, we reserve the right to recover the cost of delivery charges, goods costs, collection charges, and lawyer's fees from any person involved in the fraudulent use of the site.

Cancellation Policy

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled. In case of damage or wrong delivery, you can email us at consciousbakingproject@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery. Upon quality check, a refund will be initiated and processed within 10 days.
