Over the years I have seen commerce has taken over love. Artificial flavors, preservatives, substitutes (they have replaced love) in all products especially in baking. So I thought mom’s good old ways of baking with real ingredients (all in good proportion, yes even sugar) with super foods, nuts, grains is much required. Our recipes are classic, baked in mom’s style from scratch, in a small batches to retain freshness and flavor.
